Questions and Answers

Do I need a license to issue Parking Tickets?
No — unlike clamping no license is needed.

Do I need to operate this system?
No if you are based in the south of England we can take charge of erecting signs and running the operation, if your site is large enough we may even chose to position a full time member of staff on site, alternatively we will just patrol the area in our normal way.

How do we get this service in place?
Simply complete the order form with the necessary information, sign and return with payment (credit/debit card or cheque), your order will be dispatched within 3 working days of receipt,
or call us on 0844 8008841Active Image

Will you send out a representative to see us?
Unfortunately this will depend on which area you are based, because, we like to offer the best service we can only provide a response in our clamping areas which include the south coast M3/A3 corridor and south London.

Who is responsible for erecting the signs?
If we take charge of the contact we will install all signs, however if you are outside of our area it will Active Imagebe your responsibility to erect all signage.

We already have No Parking signs but it has not stopped illegal parking.
As you can see from our signs,  they clearly show our company details therefore people pay more attention to these as nobody wishes to receive a parking ticket; for the few that may ignore them, the CPCN (Civil Charge Notice) takes care of those.

What happens if people don't pay the fine?
Our legal department and Debt Recovery Agent will obtain the vehicle licensing details and pursue the registered keeper through the civil courts. Many other companies will not pursue offenders, however our debt recovery agents are issuing summons and taking enforcement action on a daily basis.

But I have read on many web site to ignore these private ticket schemes.

As stated above we have a very professional collection department and will pursue all offenders if financially viable, this will include, court proceedings, personal visit to offenders home address, and enforcement action by bailiffs.

Who keeps the fine?
We do, as the fine is to help cover our costs for recovery of the fine should it remain unpaid. However if you are undertaking the service yourselves we may pay you £10 compensation per paid ticket.
